Refund Policy

Wallnut products returned within 30 days of the inital purchase are eligible for a refund or exchange based on the reason of the return. If the product is returned due to quality issues, we will cover the logistics cost. In such cases, the buyer will receive a refund within two business days of the returned goods being received at the warehouse. For returns of non-defective products, customers wiil be responsible for the logistics costs. Once the returned goods are received, the buyer will be refunded within two business days. All returned goods must be sent to our designated warehouses in China.

Free Exchange Within 5 Years of Purchase

Products returned after 30 days, but within 5 years of purchase are no longer eligible for refund. Should the buyer return the goods, the logistics costs will be shared between the seller and the buyer. We will ship out replacements within two business days of receiving the returned goods. All returned goods for exchange should be sent to our designated warehouse in China.

Want to Cancel Your Orders in Transit?

If customers cancel an order while the product is in transit, they'll be responsible for the additional logistics costs incurred in this situation. Consequently, a refund will be issued within two business days of receiving the returned goods. The returned goods in this case must be sent to the designated warehouse in China.
