5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • As Solid-State Drives (SSDs) are precision electronic components, we use secure, anti-static, and shockproof packaging to ensure maximum protection.

  • If you receive your order damaged, or if your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately at info.wallnutssd@gmail.com your order number and photos of the damaged packaging. We will investigate and resolve the issue for you within [24] hours.
